Meet Meg

For over 16 years I had debilitating migraines, poor self esteem, struggled anorexia, bulimia and then resorted to food as a form of stress relief.  It controlled my life.  After having no control of my life, I decided it was time for change. 

Can you relate? 

There were days I felt completely hopeless, utterly angry I had no hope and felt I could never change and wanted to wake up feeling "normal." I felt there was no way to ever change or break these habits. I was exhausted all the time. 

Finding Hope

After years of struggling from an eating disorder, over exercising and poor self esteem I wanted to change. As a military wife and mom I knew I deserved better and wanted to be a great example for my daughter. 

I didn't just stop there, I wanted to learn more about holistic health and how it can help nourish our bodies. I enrolled as a Holistic Health Coach at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, became a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I was quickly learning how important it was  to give my body good food, know what my food allergies were,and be more mindful of myself. 

Now I stand here are a different woman. My faith has gotten through these dark moments in my life. I cannot stand here and tell you I haven't had a migraine in 5 years. I get them, but they are VERY few and far between. I know my triggers now and know when I need to slow it down.
